LAUNCH Malaysia Office has long been a pioneer in achieving key milestones in LAUNCH's history. About a year ago, it was among the first two regions, alongside Dubai, to establish LAUNCH EVS stations. Now, it leads the way once again as the first to establish the LAUNCH Training Academy, a dedicated technical support and training hub for Southeast Asia.

On March 6, 2025, the Training Center Opening Ceremony was held at the LAUNCH Malaysia Office, bringing together local industry leaders to witness another milestone in the Malaysian market. The event featured live product demonstrations and hands-on training sessions, highlighting LAUNCH's latest innovations.

During the ceremony, Mr. Alan Xu, International Director of LAUNCH, shared the company’s global strategy and future development plans. Mr. Chia See Yong, Head of LAUNCH Malaysia Office, introduced the LAUNCH Training Academy facilities at the beginning of the event. The product demonstrations highlighted LAUNCH's latest product line, offering in-depth insights into their cutting-edge features and applications. Specialized training sessions provided practical guidance for dealers, including the new flagship scanner PAD9 LINK working with the X-613 Wheel Aligner, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and after-sales services to strengthen their business capabilities.

The Training Academy is designed to serve both local distributors and independent auto mechanics, offering a comprehensive training platform for all professionals within the LAUNCH diagnostics ecosystem. The opening ceremony was a great success, marking a significant step in LAUNCH’s commitment to advancing technical expertise and service quality in the region, while supporting both distributors and auto mechanics.
