Intelligence Driving the Future: LAUNCH's 26th Overseas Distributor Annual Meeting Concludes Successfully

The 26th LAUNCH Overseas Distributors Annual Meeting started from May 7, 2025 in Phuket, Thailand. Distributors from 45 countries and regions, totaling 65 distributors, gathered to discuss the future trend of the industry, share market experiences, and explore LAUNCH’s latest innovations.

In his opening speech, Louis Liu, the Chairman of Launch Tech, reviewed the company’s journey, thanked the distributors for their support, and highlighted their crucial role in the company’s growth. He mentioned that LAUNCH is heavily investing in AI-driven diagnostic technology, remote service platforms, and integrated repair ecosystems, aiming to be a digital partner for future smart vehicles.

Alan Xu, the Director of the International Market Center, briefed attendees on LAUNCH’s achievements in 2024 and its overseas market strategy for the coming year.

On the first day, LAUNCH showcased the X-939 ADAS Wheel Aligner Robot and its AI diagnostic solution. The X-939 stands out with its fully automatic four-axis movement, high-precision sensors, ADAS calibration, and four-wheel alignment functions, making operations simple and efficient. Besides, LAUNCH’s AI diagnostic solution provides predictive maintenance suggestions based on massive repair data and learns new scenarios to reduce repair time. LAUNCH is also developing voice-interactive AI products and AI products for DIYers, offering intelligent, data-driven decision support for the global automotive ecosystem.

On the second day, the focus was on the highlights of Launch’s latest software and services, as well as the applications and advantages of its EV products/solutions.

LAUNCH’s diagnostic software covers a wide range of vehicle models and is always up-to-date, providing users with top-notch experiences. The company’s overseas colleague shared the latest and exclusive features, including support for multi-system data streams reading, which makes troubleshooting faster and more flexible. Plus, the software supports graphical service functions for like DPF Regen and cylinder cut-off tests on some models, making diagnostics more intuitive.

The speaker also showcased LAUNCH’s all-in-one diagnostic and battery maintenance solutions for electric vehicles. The EVM324, which integrates diagnostic, equalizing, and charging/discharging functions, is a game-changer for EV repair, making the EV repair way more efficient and convenient.

Mars Tan, Deputy Director of the International Market Center, introduced solutions for overseas services supporting Chinese car exports, showing LAUNCH’s strategic layout. Excellent distributors also shared their experiences, giving other attendees plenty of inspiration.

The conference wrapped up with an appreciation banquet, and the lucky draw took the atmosphere to a whole new level.
